Kaqusha also known as “KK” joined our team in2020. Behind her beautiful smile is a woman who is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service. She started as a dental assistant where she quickly became passionate about dentistry and has been dedicated to making beautiful smiles since 2015. She enjoys the level of patient care we provide to each and every patient at our office and the teamwork that exists with her co-workers and ensures that our patients feel comfortable throughout their entire treatment process. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, being with friends and family, and taking long walks around the community with her husband and their beautiful German Shepard, Amber.
Melissa joined the team March 2022. She graduated from Baker College of Auburn Hills in 2013 with her associate degree in dental hygiene and applied science. She is licensed to administer local anesthesia and inhaled sedation. Melissa is passionate about dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and Greater Detroit Dental Hygiene Association. Sarah is one of our registered dental hygienists. She studied at Oakland community college, graduating in 2017, and started at our office in June 2022. Dentistry is a big passion of hers and works alongside her clients to help achieve not only a healthy, confident smile, but sustainable overall health. She enjoys getting to know her clients and strives to keep them as comfortable as possible during their dental visit.
She grew up in Farmington Hills, where she resides with her boyfriend and two kitties. From camping and hiking to beer gardens and live music, you can expect to find her getting into something during her time away from the office. She’s always looking for the next adventure.
Meggie most recently joined our office in April 2023. She has always had a passion for dentistry and started in the field as a dental assistant back in 2015. Working as an assistant helped her gain dental experience as she took classes at OCC and eventually transferred to University of Michigan where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in May of 2021. During her time at school, she was very involved in the community and even had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Guatemala to provide dental care for those in need. It was there that she felt like she could make a difference and help others feel confident with their smiles.
Meggie wants to make everyone in her chair feel better about their oral health. Whether you love to get your teeth cleaned or have had bad dental experiences in the past, making you comfortable is her top priority!
Meggie lives in downtown Milford with her boyfriend and two cats. When she is not in the office she’s usually hanging out with friends, trying new workout classes or strolling the aisles of Home Goods. Traveling is also very important to her so if you ask, she is probably planning her next vacation!
Samantha joined the office of Dr. Katharine Murphy in the middle of 2020 when she moved back to Michigan from Charleston, South Carolina. She lived in the south for about 11 years but previously grew up in Madison Heights, Michigan. Samantha has over 10 years’ experience in the dental field and loves to educate patients about their dental benefits and general oral health. Samantha’s current focus is coordinating the office in the role of manager, determining insurance benefits, and organizing the accounts payable and receivable. Samantha has her associates in Arts from Oakland Community College and plans on continuing her education in the future.
She is a new mother as of February 2022 and enjoys spending most of her free time with her daughter Sawyer. When Samantha is not at work or soaking up all baby snuggles, she loves to cook, spend time with her family and take her dog on walks and car adventures.
My name is Brenda, I like long walks on the beach at sunset, yellow roses and would secretly like to become a contestant on the BacheloretteSenior edition. Just kidding! 😊
But I do like watching the shows! More seriously, my friends would say I am easy going. I try to stay positive, and I love people.
I have been in the dental field for almost 30 years here at this office. I have had the pleasure of working the front desk where I can enjoy interacting with the patients.
I can honestly say, I love my job. I have enjoyed seeing 3-year-old patients come in and now bring in their own 3-year old’s. Patients have become like family to me.
I have a strong faith in God and love spending time with friends and family. I love fishing and gardening. When I retire, I would love to chase sunrise and sunsets. Something about them is peaceful and tranquil.

Stephanie joined our team working at the front desk in 2022, bringing 5 years of dental experience with her. She grew up with a strong passion for wanting to help others and once she started working in the dental field, she knew it was the perfect match. Whether it’s assisting you with your dental insurance or greeting you with a big smile, Stephanie will be there to give you a helping hand just like she would for her own family. One of the things she has loved most about dentistry is helping patients feel educated about their insurance policies so that they understand them and feel comfortable.
Stephanie lives in the Northville area with her husband and two fun kitties, where they plan to eventually raise a future family. She is happiest when spending time with children and animals, staying active, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Stephanie. I'm a wife and mother of two boys and one girl.
I always knew since high school I wanted to be part of a healthcare or dental team in a small office.I took nursing my junior and senior years. During high school I also worked doing housekeepingfor a medical building and once I graduated, I decided to continue working. I've taken college classes at Macomb and Baker on and off over the years but never decided on a career.
I've also been blessed to be a stay-at-home mom once I started a family in 2015. I have tried different career directions. After all this, my passion to help others has now led me to make a completely new career change in dental. I enjoy being able to learn something new while helping others with their dental health needs.
It's my pleasure to handle every patient's needs as if they were my own family member. I look forward to learning and growing with an amazing team of professionals and our patients!
